I served as a senator both my freshman and senior years in undergrad. As the senior class representative in my undergraduate university's student government, I not only served on the Academic Affairs committee; but, was instrumental in achieving our main goal, which was to change the grading scale from a 0.5 to 0.25 scale. Doing this allowed student's grades to more accurately reflect what they should have received. In addition, I earned the honor of Senator of the month for my role as the sole senior class representative. Outside of student government, I was honored as Omicron Delta Kappa's Student Leader of the month. Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
