The Judicial Branch of the Student Association is the Student Court. They are charged with ensuring adherence to the University Guide to Student Rights and Responsibilities and the governing documents of the Student Association. The Court consists of 5 students – at least two of which must be undergraduate and two must be graduate. The Student Court has jurisdiction to adjudicate disputes between parties of the Student Association, appeals on decisions of the Joint Elections Committee, and funding disputes.
